Rules and Guidelines
The following Rules and Guidelines are for each competition.
A participant will be responsible to know what the guidelines are for each competition they are participating in. An email will also be sent to the participant upon registering, regarding the Rules/Guidelines of each competition they are participating in.
Registration Guidelines
• It is very important that all participants register online at our website: www.chaarsahibzadefoundation.com
• If a participant needs special accommodations for the event date, please contact us.
• It is the participant/parents responsibility to read, understand and follow each competitions’ Rules and Guidelines.
If there is concerns or questions regarding a particular competition, please contact us.
• All rules and guidelines are final, unless otherwise updated. If there are changes made, each participant will be notified via email.
• If you registered before December 8, 2024, you will receive a t-shirt.
o If you registered after December 8th, you will not receive a t-shirt.
 There will be no exceptions made. All shirts are pre-ordered.
• If you will not be able to attend and had registered, please let us know so we can remove you from our Master Participants List.
