Kirtan Darbar

Requirements for a Group:

1. There must be at least a minimum of 4 per group and a maximum of 6 participants. Note: If you want to add more participants, please contact us and we can arrange that for you.

If your group has less than 4 participants, you must contact us, as we will not accept less than 4 unless a valid justification is provided.

2. No participant can be in multiple groups (meaning: You can only be in 1 group.) 

3. A tabla player can play tabla for multiple groups, but can only be registered in one form, to avoid duplicates. 

4. If you need a tabla player, you must contact us by December 18th, so we can arrange one for you.

5. Time limit per group is: 15 minutes.

6. All participants must register for the competitions on the Kirtan Darbar form if they want to compete in other competitions. They do not need to submit a separate registration form.

7. All information must be completed per participant on the Kirtan Darbar Form.

8. Click here or on the bottom of the page to obtain the Registration form for the Kirtan Darbar. This must be filled out on a Computer using Adobe.

If you do not have Adobe, you can manually print it out and scan it to us.

9. Once you fill out the Kirtan Darbar form, please email it to us at chaarsahibzadefoundation@gmail.com. You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours after sending your form.
